New Rider Works Imaginary Cow

Once a rider is comfortable working the flag, it’s time to practice working an imaginary cow.

Before a rider works an actual cow, it’s important to be extremely comfortable in the saddle and working a horse. That’s why Brad Barkemeyer suggests riders start by working an imaginary cow before bringing a cow into the arena. Be sure to stay tuned for next week when Brad introduces a cow to the rider for the first time.
